How do I change or reset my account password?

At the top right corner, you’ll see a 'Hello, [your name]' message with a dropdown arrow. Click it and select Settings

Find the Password Settings card and click on it

Request a one-time code. It will be sent to your registered email

Check your email for the 6-digit code, and enter it in your cabinet

It may take a few minutes. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder
If you still don’t receive it, click on Try again next to the Continue button. If the problem continues, contact us at support@tvmarkets.com.
